Rachael joined the Charles Wright Academy community in 2023, bringing a diverse background in student affairs, higher education, event planning, and digital marketing. Most recently, she worked as a Student Civic Engagement Specialist at the University of Washington Tacoma.

Originally from Bremerton, Washington, Rachael earned both a Bachelor of Science in Economic Sciences and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Development from Washington State University.

Since 2023, she has served as an application reviewer for career and technical scholarships with the Washington State Opportunity Scholarship. Rachael has also pursued extensive professional development in marketing and communications through Independent School Management and NAIS.

As Director of Marketing and Communications, Rachael is honored to share the vibrant story of Charles Wright Academy. “What makes our school truly special are the students, faculty, and staff who show up every day ready to learn and grow.
