De’Andre joined Charles Wright Academy in 2024, bringing a diverse background in college access, mentorship, student affairs, and higher education. Most recently, he served as Director of Alumni Engagement for the Seattle University Alumni Association.

Originally from Austin, Texas, De’Andre is a McNair Scholar and earned a Bachelor of Science in Family & Consumer Sciences Education from the University of Wisconsin – Stout in 2016. He completed a Master of Education in Student Development Administration at Seattle University in 2018 and will begin doctoral studies in Educational Leadership at the University of Southern California in fall 2025.

He has served on the National Latinx/a/o Knowledge Community Executive Team for NASPA and regularly participates in professional conferences such as NASPA Annual, CASE, and CASE-NAIS. De’Andre also serves on advisory boards for the UW-Stout Family & Consumer Sciences program and Seattle University’s Student Development Administration program.
