CWA Beginning School is a full-day program for children 2.5-5 years of age.

We do not offer financial aid for Beginning School. Beginning School is a twelve-month program that includes lunch, snacks, and extended care. CWA Lower School is a full-day program for students in Kindergarten through grade 4.

• Chromebooks (Grades 3 & 4)

Additional Fees:

• Food service (breakfast, lunch, and snacks)
• Bus service
• Extended care from 3:10-5:30 p.m.
• Youth after-school athletics (soccer, basketball, volleyball, cross-country, etc.)
• Youth after-school enrichment (chess, art clubs, D&D, Brick Builders, Girls on the Run, and more!)
• Private music lessons

CWA Middle School is a full-day program for students in grades 5-8. Our unique model allows for scaffolded cohorts in grades 5&6 and 7&8 and is designed to meet our students where they are developmentally and help them grow into the next chapter of their lives.

• Field and overnight trips
  • Educational and service trips in 2025-24 included:
    • 5th grade: Sea to Sky “Go Wild”
    • 6th grade: New York / Washington D.C.

• Field and overnight trips (including 11th and 12th grade international trips)
  • Grade 9/10 – Local experiences (including service learning, art, and culture) 
  • Grade 10: Outdoor Education including experiences such as backpacking in Olympic National Park 
  • Grades 11 & 12: International trips (2024-25 school year destinations included Belize, Paris, Rome, and England).

After submitting your financial aid application through Clarity, our Financial Aid Committee reviews your family’s information in February and determines a package. We base our decision on the information you share in your Clarity application, including income, assets, expenses, and debts.

For families new to CWA, this information will be shared in your enrollment agreement, located within your acceptance letter. For returning CWA families, this information will be shared in your re-enrollment agreement and will be available to you when the re-enrollment period begins.

• If your family has one child and makes less than $250,000 annually, you are likely to receive financial aid at CWA.

• If your family has more than one child and makes less than $350,000 annually, you are likely to receive financial aid at CWA. 

All families are invited to apply for financial aid through Clarity. Last year, over 30% of CWA families received some form of financial aid.

Yes, we require all families to reapply for financial aid each year through Clarity. This helps us make decisions that reflect your family’s current financial situation. 

Yes, CWA offers a variety of payment plans for families to choose from.
